Terms of Sales
Terms are net 30 days only-granted upon approval of credit. If terms are abused....terms will be charged to C.O.D. Cash. Proforma or Visa/Mastercard on all ensuing orders. Every customer requesting credit must complete, sign and submit a Sea Star International Credit Application. Any unsigned application will be returned to the customer for their signature. C.O.D. and Pro-Forma customers wanting net 30 days terms must still submit an Sea Star International Credit Application. All NSF checks are subject to a $10.00 service charge.

Minimum Order
$100.00 in all orders and reorders. You may combine your order with current Sea Star Catalog to reach the minimum.

C.O.D's
Company check will be accepted only if accompanied with a completed Sea Star International Credit Application. Must included bank phone number and checking account number the check will be drawn from. Otherwise, C.O.D. orders will be sent cash, money order or cashier's check. A C.O.D. tag will be placed on all boxes, however, Sea Star will split the cost be of the UPS $4.75 C.O.D. charge if there is more than 4 boxes per shipment.

Freight
Freight is F.O.B. Los Angeles, California. No Discounts and No Free Freight.

Back Orders
Unless otherwise specified all orders are to backorders. Backorders under $25.00 are subject to cancellation and must be reordered. It will be noted at the customer's invoice and packing slip. If a backorder is no longer on file and customer's must be call to reordered.
